Returns

2. Send us an email at sntxpro@gmail.com to share your return info, and request a refund. You can also request a refund from your order page.

3. Once the Return is received, we will refund you or replace your purchase according to your wishes.

In order for us to avoid fraudulent behavior, please note that:

a. Items sent back without requesting a return by email or via the order page, will not be processed. The same goes for returns without proof of purchase. 

b. Returns are processed if shipped back within 14 days of receipt.

c. We do not reimburse the return shipping.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted, once the return is received.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

• If the merchandise is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, under the same condition mentioned above. 

Refund Policy

Once the return is received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

We will inform you of the refund process as soon as it takes place. We know this is important for you, and it is important for us as well. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
